I strongly feel that the older generation are being overlooked, sometimes overcharged and are missing out on so much due to a lack of confidence and skills within the information technology sphere. 
The internet is being used by more and more businesses to provide key services and it is only a lack of confidence and basic skills that prevents the older generation from tapping into this.
